The Valve Index controllers were extensively tested for months before cups were released to ensure no such interference occurs. The issue you are experiencing is with your controller and or VR setup.

There's an easy fix for that:  
Go to your Quest 3's settings, and disable the hand tracking.

The controllers are inserted in the controller mounts which are magnetically attached to the main frame, so you can detach the controller mounts from the MagTube, free your hands and put them back on when you need.

Yes, the Bipod we sell is compatible with all of our products containing tubes.
